New European Innovation Centre for Industrial Transformation and Emission (INCITE) launch in Seville, 21 June 2024
The European Innovation Centre for Industrial Transformation and Emissions (INCITE) is a key element of the new Industrial Emissions Directive, and adds a forward-looking mechanism to the Sevilla process. The Centre is based in Seville (Spain), at the heart of the EU’s Joint Research Centre, and was launched during an interactive event in the Spanish city next 21 June. The event featured participants from the industry as well as innovators, financiers, environmental NGOs, think-tanks, Member States, and EU officials.
